Which languages is GTA 6 in? Voices, text and subtitles
GTA VI's listing on the Xbox store names 13 languages: voices in English only, and text and subtitles in twelve more, Spanish from Spain and from Mexico among them. The PlayStation Store does not list any yet. Here is what each store says, and what is still unknown.
Rockstar has not published a list of GTA VI’s languages. The only store that shows one today is Xbox, and it is the same in every country we checked: 13 languages, with voices in English only and text and subtitles in twelve more Confirmed Xbox (US) Confirmed Xbox (UK). The PlayStation Store does not list any languages yet.

Is it dubbed into other languages?
According to the Xbox listing, no: the only language it marks for voices is English (US) Confirmed Xbox. That is what one store says today, not an announcement: neither Rockstar nor Sony has said anything about dubbing, and the PlayStation listing does not say which languages it has. Spanish outlets read the same listing the same way at the end of June Reported Vandal.
A note on Portuguese
The listing marks Portuguese (Portugal) today and leaves Portuguese (Brazil) with nothing at all. Several outlets, on the other hand, have published the list with Brazilian Portuguese Reported GTA Boom. We do not know whether the listing changed since, or whether those outlets assumed it. We report what the listing says, and if it changes we will note it in the changelog below.
What about PS5?
GTA VI’s PlayStation Store listing does not show voice or screen languages: it says neither yes nor no Confirmed PlayStation Store (UK). We do not assume PS5 gets the same languages as Xbox; when Sony publishes them, we will add them to the table.

What is not known yet
- The languages on PS5. The PlayStation Store does not show them yet.
- Whether dubbing will come later. Nothing has been announced either way.
- Which Portuguese it includes, given the discrepancy above.
- How you choose between Spain’s and Mexico’s Spanish. The listing only says both are there.
- An official list from Rockstar. None has been published; as soon as there is one, we will cite it here.
