Leonida Keys

The keys are the chain of islands to the south, linked by long bridges over turquoise water. The official material shows stilt houses, jetties, seaplanes and wooden bars by the water.

This is where Jason's story starts: in "Only in Leonida", Rockstar says he lives in a house in the keys that Brian Heder lets him use in exchange for favours. At the end of the chain, the community map places an airstrip.
